
I am an emerging multidisciplinary artist. I won the City of Canning Resident Art Award 2022, City of Gosnells Works on Paper Art Award 2022 and the Atwell Youth Award 2010. I have been a finalist in the Town of Claremont Art Awards 2021, City of Belmont Art Awards 2021 and South Perth Emerging Artist Award 2019.
In 2021 I had my first solo exhibition SHADOW at Paper Mountain Gallery. I have also participated in group exhibitions including Liminal Space at Nysiztor Studio in 2022, No More Blank Walls Street Art Festival 2022 (Pop-Up Gallery) sponsored by the City of Stirling which was a finalist in the Australian Street Art Awards, Safe Spaces for the ANU BIPOC Department at the University of Canberra in 2022, Women’s History Month 2022 exhibition at The Art Space Collective and Paper Mountain’s 10th Birthday Exhibition in 2021. In 2020 I created a series of murals for Villa Rock, São Paulo. In 2020 I was selected to participate in the Artsource Mentorship Program 2020 and exhibited at SPRING2020 Mentoring Showcase at Artsource Open Studios, sponsored by the DLGSC and LotteryWest. My work Study 1 -Serious Man, 2019 was selected as the programme cover artwork for the Cultural Studies Association of Australasia 30th Anniversary Conference at RMIT University, Melbourne in 2022.
I have performed at Rio Carnivale 2020 competing for Escola Imperio at Sambodromo da Marques de Sapucai in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, the Sambanistas for Perth Fringe Festival 2017, 2018 and 2019, Women of Valour for Perth Fringe Festival in 2020 and Decolonise Pride by Boorloo Justice in 2020.
I have also organised fundraising exhibitions for social and environmental causes including Burma Aid at Paper Mountain in 2021 and Pheonix Bushfire Relief at the YMCA Gallery in 2020. I was interviewed by Perth ABC Radio about Burma Aid. I currently work as a Visitor Engagement Officer at the Lawrence Wilson Art Gallery and am a sessional tutor at the University of Western Australia. I have volunteered at the Artist-Run-Initiative Paper Mountain as marketing manager, gallery co-director and all-rounder from 2020-21.
I am passionate about visual arts culture and intends to bring greater support to the arts community in coming years.
